I suffer from High blood pressure and tried the Laa Ilaa Ha Ialallah after a few times I have tears coming to my eyes...should I rather refrain. Please advise soonest.If I should refrain then what other athkaar is there to do maybe which has similar results? Algamdulillah Shukran for all the advice. Aslm Alkm

The actual way to do this is to reform one's self in the company of a pious person, who can guide one on every step and point out what evil traits one has and help to eradicate them. In the process, Insha Allah, one will negate one's self.
