The Greatness of Allah’s Name

The following was said by Hazrat (DB) while in Makkah: 

“My understanding is that any person who takes the name of Allah even once with sincerity, that Allah will not put him in jahannam.  His name is so great that whoever utters it from their mouth once with love, it is far from the unlimited mercy of Allah that he would put this person in jahannam.  That person who sheds one tear for the sake of Allah can never be rejected.  He cannot have a bad ending.  That tear is preserved in the court of Allah.  If for some reason this person is overpowered by his nafs and runs away from Allah, then too, that tear is preserved in the knowledge of Allah.  Allah uses it as an excuse for His mercy to find His servant, that he once cried out of love for Me, how can I let it go to waste!”

After saying the above, Hazratwala (DB) said in a very soft, heartfelt voice, “These are not simple things.  This is all due to the service of my elders, due to their barakah, Allah has granted this knowledge.”Subhanallah!  Take notice how the Ahlullah never attribute anything to themselves…they are always lost in the love of Allah and the special servants of Allah.
