Three signs of the Awliyaa

The awliyaa of Allah are known by three signs:
1) their thought is of Allah,
2) their dwelling is in Allah,
3) their business is with Allah.

As wr wb, I was wondering, what is meant by:
“2) their dwelling is in Allah, 3) their business is with Allah”?
also, and do all 3 things have to be happening all the time throughout the day?
